RETURNS
Please choose carefully, if you change your mind about the product or If you buy something you don't end up liking or you have what marketing people call "buyer's remorse," sell it on Trademe. It's likely you'll make money doing this and save everyone a hassle.We will not accept returns. However, we will fulfill our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand), the Fair Trading Act 1986 (New Zealand) or the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Australia).
Please email us at support@daydealsales.co.nz if you want to return or replace a product/s, and we will arrange it for you from our suppliers.
REFUNDS
If we are unable to supply your order or send you a wrong product (ooops), we will refund you in full less handling cost. Please allow at least 30 days for the refund.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Email support@daydealsales.co.nz with your order number, model number of the product you are returning, detailed problem with the item and couple of pictures. We will respond to your email by 2 business days. Because we aren't likely to have a replacement in stock, you should be prepared for a refund-only option if that's all we can do. Know that return freight will be at your expense.
PRICES & TAXES
All prices are denoted in New Zealand dollars and are excluding GST. Our special offers show the discount off the suggested retail prices, and we get those retail prices including GST from our suppliers and/or from our Smart Pants Team for the identical products in the wider retail market.
DELIVERY
We deliver our products through Standard Mail and Signature Required Tracked Pack worldwide except for Free Deals which will be sent via Standard Mail. For Standard Mail option selected we do not take any responsibility if your items is misplaced, lost, undelivered. If you would like to avoid any instances like these we highly recommend you to choose Tracked Packed delivery. As our products are stocked in our offshore warehouse in Hong Kong, your products will be delivered in 14-25 business days. We do not take any responsibility if the parcel/item is not delivered/received by the buyer. Any orders placed on weekend & public holidays will be processed on next business day.
